Food Safety Modernization Act: The Future of Food Litigation

The University of Miami Inter-American Law Review symposium will discuss the Food Safety Modernization Act (“FSMA”) in a collaborative setting with industry leaders, practitioners, and academics. The discussion will focus on FSMA’s import and transport regulations, FSMA’s impact on domestic and Inter-American agribusiness, the effect the regulations are currently having on international commerce, and the effect that FSMA will have on food litigation going forward.
